Located on the most significant block in downtown Phoenix, Block 23 will create a vibrant live-work-play environment on a site that has been waiting to be redeveloped for decades.
The mixed-use project centers around 410,000 SF of residential space, totaling 330 units on 13 floors. Tenant amenities will include a pool, fitness center, private cabanas, makers' garage and pet spa. The project also includes 150,000 SF of office space, a 55,000 SF grocery store and 50,000 SF of retail/restaurant space at street level. An additional 480,000 SF of structured parking will be provided on site, with residents parking on 3 levels below-grade, and office/retail/grocery parking separated on four above-grade levels.
The project also includes a 55,000 SF grocery store, Fry's Food Store. Block 23 is the first mixed-use and high-rise development to included a grocery store in downtown Phoenix. Residents and those living near Block 23 will enjoy it's easy access while increasing the walkability factor of the area.
The Block 23 site borders light rail lines on the north and south sides making it a viable residence for both people who work downtown or who commute and want easy access to public transportation and urban style living.
