The design concept is centered around the urban plaza, that creates a unique public square anchored by a two-level shop-ping experience for Bhendi Bazaar.  Connectivity, flow and a variety of space and function allow the melding of landscaping and architecture.  The plaza square creates a unified center of Bhendi Bazaar.  The prominent square draws the visitor to the central public area and into the two-level shopping experience. The plaza is a highly sensitive solution that can complement and enhance the existing shopping district, while respecting the existing Mosque.  The specialty shops remain on the perimeter of the project, while the interior shops are relocated to a two-level shopping experience in the heart of the project.
