SM Industrial Group is a warehouse and fleet management company establishing their new headquarters in Texas. SMIG is responsible for management of controllable assets, inventory tracking, fleet management, storage and distribution of inventory. The proposed facility will also maintain trucks and other vehicles necessary to carry out operations.
The proposed design consists of a mix of office, warehouse and maintenance facility. The modern design takes ques from the industrial vernacular, layered with the soft finishes that enhances the center’s elegant character by creating an atmosphere that is inviting and approachable and acts as a backdrop to the many activities in the space.
