The vision for SoHa Masterplan is to transform it into a modern successful mixed-use project as an extension of the South Hampton Road Improvement Initiative. Our approach was to create a place to house different environments and bring new uses to the property targeting a wider demographic to become a true mixed-use project. Our masterplan design was organized by an open-air park flanked by restaurants, shops and residential.
